The Seminar Series will be continuing in 2009 and the Directors will be meeting towards the end of the year to set next year's agenda.

Presented by Professor Norman Sharpe, Medical Director of the National Heart Foundation, this seminar is targeted at primary and secondary care physicians.

This year we welcome Sue Pullon as a new Director of the PHARMAC Seminar Series.
Sue is a General Practitioner and also a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Primary Health Care and General Practice at the University of Otago, Wellington.
Sue will be facilitating her first seminar, "Update on STIs, Including During Pregnancy", in late September. This seminar is aimed at GPs, primary care nurses, midwives and other health professionals, especially those who work with young people.
