Marjorie Warwick has been awarded Honorary Life Membership
Council is delighted to advise that Marjorie Warwick has been awarded Honorary Life Membership this year.
Marjorie has been a member of the Library Association for over 50 years. She was the first librarian at the Auckland Regional Authority (now Council) when it was established in 1968 through to her retirement in 1990

Twitter is donating its digital archive of public tweets to the Library of Congress.
Twitter processes more than 50 million tweets per day from people around the world. The Library will receive all public tweets-which number in the billions-from the 2006 inception of the service to the present.
